Excellent Cerwin Vega Center Channel     On: 2004-08-24

I have all Cerwin Vega speakers, and bought the E-76C to be used as the center back speaker in a 6.1 setup. Ive got the LS-12 as mains, and a LS-6C as my center channel. The E-76C is excellent and every bit worthy of being a part of the Cerwin Vega family. Dialouge is crystal clear, midrange is full and pleasing, highs are brilliant, and the soundstage is well balanced. I would recommend this speaker for anyone wanting high performance for their Home Theater. For $250, its an incredible value in center channel speakers.

Good overall sound     On: 2002-09-03

I purchased this center channel to complete all the Cerwin-Vega speakers I have. I was a little leary on it with the big floorstanding E-712s with a 98dB rating and this only being 92dB, but I was surprised. I actually have to turn this down to hear the other speakers. Tonal quality is good and its being run by a Yamaha rx-v2095 with 100w/ch. Between the Yamahas good reproduction and Cerwin-vegas performance its a good match together. Definitely would recommend this center channel with old or new Cerwin-vega.
A+ in Clarity !     On: 2001-02-08

This speaker is the best investment in my Home Theater system. Originally I had a Bose AM-10 system powered by a Kenwood VR-1090 Dolby-Digital Receiver connected to a satellite system and DVD player. There were so many times my wife would ask, "what did they say" ? The vocals were so hard to pick out of the surround-sound that many times I would activate the subtitles. Even with adjusting the decibel level of the center channel way higher than the rest, vocals were hard to hear. I tried Sony, Kenwood, and a JBL N-Center speakers to correct the problem with not much success. Then the day came when I purchased this wonderful little jewel. What an improvement ! I can actually hear all vocals with such clarity that now I want to throw my Bose speakers in the garbage and fill my room with Cerwin-Vegas !! The tonal quality is superb and weighing in at just over 20-pounds, its truly a heavyweight of a center-channel. Do yourself a favor and BUY Cerwin-Vega from now on !!!
Great Center speaker     On: 2000-06-16

I have had this speaker for a while. A good choice. Well priced for the quality. Lacks a little in bass, so I recomend sending the bass to your main speakers. No other center speaker touches it under 400 bucks.
