The sound I get from these in my new sunroom is full and beautiful. The nicest part of this product is the price -- each of the speaker boxes contains TWO speakers, even though the title says "Single". So, to get four speakers, you only need to buy two of this amazon item! I couldnt believe the deal at first, so I downloaded the product PDF and it confirmed it.
As far as installation, they were pretty simple. I had the electrician install them in my new room, but he forgot to attach one to the speaker wires, so I had to remove the speaker, attach the cable and replace the speaker -- quite easy since I had seen the attachment mechanism before they were installed.

can confirm what the previous review said. The price is for two speakers not one. now its $68.39. Steal at this price.

I bought 5 of these, thinking that they came "SINGLE (WHITE)" as advertised, however they came with 2 in a box. . . I didnt return any, just put more speakers in my house. VERY easy to install in existing walls. Just cut an opening in the drywall, with the template provided in the box, fish the wire, and clip the speakers in. Very easy, very nice looking.

Simply put, for in wall speakers in this price range look no further. I powered them with my Harman Kardon 3480 stereo receiver and was floored how great they sounded for only spending $80 for the pair (not sure why they are selling for so much lower than the list price). I had been looking at a pair of BOSE speakers for around $200 (pair) and have to say the JBL sound better and will mount flush with my wall!
Highly recommend at this price.

I DID NOT BUY THESE FROM AMAZON BUT I GOT THEM FOR THE SAME PRICE. I USE THEM FOR MY REAR SPAEKERS IN A 5.1 SYSTEM.
THEY ARE BEING PUSHED BY A LOW END SONY HEAD UNIT AND THEY SOUND GREAT. I HAD A SET OF BOSE BOOKSELFS AS REARS PRIOR TO THE JBLS. THESE BLOW THEM AWAY. THE INSTALL IN THE WALL WAS A JOKE THEY USE A GREAT CLIP SYSTEM THAT IS DUMMY PROOF, JUST USE THE TEMPLETE SUPPLIED AND SNAKE YOUR WIRE IN THE WALL AND AWAY YOU GO. LOOK GREAT IN THE WALL NICE AND FLUSH AND OUT OF THE WAY.
I WILL BE BUYING MORE FOR THE DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN FOR REGULAR AUDIO.
