We got our item and ours too was damaged, multiple pieces, at least 5. We got all but the two main and most heaviest pieces replaced by Quebeko. I am still waiting on them to be replaced. Target was nice enough to refund our shipping charges though since it was UPS fault.

This piece looks like its from a high end retailer. It did, however, take me 4 hours to put it together and the directions could be a little clearer. When you put it together dont forget to turn the metal connectors (I forgot the name of them, but the euro connectors go into them),it tightens the grip. Also the handles on the drawers are a little loose. I tightened the screws all the way but they still jiggle. Lots of parts but dont get overwhelmed. If I can do it so can you.
