I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought this camera, but the image quality has been very poor on most shots. Even with the flash, indoor shots are grainy and blurry, and outdoor shots are usually washed out no matter what setting I use. My old Webcam took better pictures. Dont waste your money.

I am a high school student interested in digital photography. So when I started looking for a better camera instead of my 1.3 Megapixel Vivitar, I looked at something I could afford. It came down to this Concord Eye-Q or an Olympus D-540. I really didnt recognize this brand versus the better known Olympus, but I dont think people my age need a fancy camera that costs 300.00 and has 6 megapixels, so this camera is great. It has a reasonably sized LCD screen (only 0.1 inch smaller than the Olympus) and a great optical zoom. I would recommend getting an optical zoom along with a digital zoom. You just get better details that way. This is a great camera! Hopefully when I go travelling in the spring to Aztec ruins, I will have a trusty Concord with me.
