I purchased this unit for a friend for her spare bedroom where she also has her computer set up - I think she wants to watch Ophra while using the computer. This unit is a perfect size for the 13" TV. It is well built and allows good movement for viewing from all areas of the room. It is easy to assemble and mount to the wall.

I returned the item rather than damage my wall by experimenting with the vague intructions and poorly drawn examples.
I also had trouble with the shipping & return expense. I paid for the UPS return myself. Amazon also deducted for return shipping. I wrote customer sevice and they never responded to my claim. Very dissappointing experience. I buy from Amazon on a regular basis but I will be much more carful before buying in the future.

Great product, even after shipping it was more affordable than any local store.
Easy installation, good instructions, works great.
