I love this item. I attach my GPS to this when I take it out of my truck and clip it to my backpacks sternum strap or my belt. Then I can hike and basically forget about the GPS, but I know it will be safely attached to me.

Great accessory for Garmin GPSmap 60x units...great price. Easily insert or detach unit into clip that screws into the back of Garmin unit while hiking or walking, hangs from ring or attachment of shoulder strap on knapsack or other attachment point via spring-loaded clip. Well worth the $12 price.

Not much to say about this. Its just the right size and length so that I can snap the carabiner to my day pack, keep the garmin in a pocket and hold it in my hand while hiking and never have to worry that Im going to drop it.
