This product works wonderfully in most applications. The only thing you need to be aware of is that if you are installing them on recliners, the recliners need to have feet. If the recliner has a round platform base, you need to be creative as the chair mounting kit does not fit well under the platform. I ended up making a paddle shaped platform to mount the kit and chair to out of 3/4 inch plywood where the mounting kit could slide under the handle of the paddle so that the buttkicker would not interfere with either the chair rotation or the reclining. It also enabled me to slide the buttkicker chair unit completely under the platform. The other thing you need to do is to be very careful when tightening the nuts. You should tighten them evenly by rotating around the unit. If you dont you run the risk of breaking a foot on the buttkicker.
After you get past this, hang on!! The buttkicker is an incredible technology!
