I just got this set of speakers for my computer. All I can say is WOW. I just watched Star Wars Episode 3 and the sound is just unreal. I heard things that my home theater didnt pick up. Playing one of my favorite games, Splinter Cell: Pandora tomorrow I heard exactly where the enemies were coming from and knew how to react, this is truely a magnificant set of speakers. There are a couple of cons: 1.) The box is very awkward and heavy due to the shape and size. Its 62lbs!. The set up getting the speakers just right is a real pain. 2.) You need a lot of room to take full advantage. I repositioned my desk to be in the center of my home office, and then mounted the speakers around me on the wall. 3.) There is no way to hide the wires running up the wall to the speaker unless you remove the molding at floor, and fish the wire through the wall to the mount location. Other then that, if you can swing the 400.00+/- bucks for them, their worth every penny. I upgraded from Klipsych Pro Media 5.1 speakers to these, I thought the Klips were good. Wow!
