This TV was great, it came pretty quick, but just after the 1 year warranty expired the lamp burnt out. Otherwise, the TV was great for video games and being used as a secondary monitor sometimes. I did use it daily and frequently, since I work on the computer and play lots of games in my off time. However, I was under the impression that the lamp would last at least 6000 hrs but mine probably ran for about 1460 hrs (365 days*4 avg hrs/day). Even if I had it on for 8hrs a day for 365 days itd be 2920hrs.

Just got it and I am impressed. The TV looks great- especially when looking at DVDs. The remote is very easy to use and works everything in the room right out of the box. I cant wait to have 1080 imput to look at.
