For video/audio conferencing over IP, this is a great tool. The sound quality both received and transmitted is very good, and the anti-echo provision is very well done. In particular for videoconferencing it is nice not to have the headset look. The unit is sleekly designed and quite portable (not negligible in weight, but compact and light enough to take everywhere). No separate software needed (at least on XP); plug and play.

We use this product in our conference room and at individual desktops for audio/video conference calls. We tested other products and this one is the best.
