This is a true value, with many excellent features. I had a reason to call Support, with positive results.
I wish they would mention in the information that a USB cable is required to activate the remote...the cable is not included.
Im very happy with the projector; were using it to hone members skills on PowerPoint for Toastmaster presentations.
