My shelf arrived with only 3 support legs. I called the manufacturers tech support line and they promised to ship out the missing items. Several months have passed and I still dont have my parts. Total waste of money.

I bought this as a way to lift my big screen up just enough to store my DVD & DVR below; the whole arrangement fits in to a drywall cubby in the wall. I replaced the bolts & nuts that come with the shelf with button-head machine screws. Works great and cost <$100. Sturdy and well balanced.
