I bought this TV new a wile ago and the picture still amazes me. yeah its 1080i and not 1080p but 99% of people wont know the difference. for the money you cant beat it! even if i had $10,000 to spend on a TV i would still buy this one again. i will never buy any other TV then JVC again.

Nice TV and a great Amazon price but beware--if you lose power for a second or unplug TV all your settings will go back to DEFAULT--not too thrilling when you have 4-5 inputs with different color, tint, etc. Had to buy an $80 back-up battery surge supressor to remedy that problem.
