Brand new to the GPS other than the ones Ive used in rentals. Out of the box it was working perfect. Appears to be the best bang for your buck. Street names called out is big bonus. I downloaded an update for it and now it makes me go through an additional step when using my Motorola cell and the bluetooth function. Also, it doesnt always give you the fastest route, but the redirection on it works like a charm. For the money you cant go wrong. Good luck
